What can help ease a minor asthma attack, without an inhaler?
November 25th, 2009 | by admin |I am 99% sure I have asthma. A few minutes ago I started getting sharp pains in my chest, and now my breathing has worsened. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to get confirmation that it actually is asthma (if not something else)
But, as of right now I need something I can do for tonight that can help my breathing.
