I’ve heard people say that these machines can be used to give people more strength/energy. I have to take it anyway due to asthma. I just thought I’d find out if it’s helping me in that aspect too since I feel like I have more energy lately.

    In that it would help your breathing and lung capacity, it add oxygen to the blood which helps you feel more invigorated. However, I don’t believe it is a steroid.
